My clown is boring

I have been afraid to get any clowns out of fear that they would eventually host in one of my LPSs.....can a clown harass a coral to the point where it will eventually die?

Yes... probably, however depending on the size of the LPS, what it is, etc... I wouldn't think very likely. My clowns host a Duncan head colony. The heads used to close up when the clowns would bother them... but now remain open almost regardless of what the clowns do to them. I'm not sure if the coral got used to the treatment... or if the clowns learned not to do things to the Duncan which result in it closing... or perhaps a little of both?

+1 I once saw a clown hosting an open brain. The coral was perfectly healthy.

My oc. clown is best friends with a b/g chromis. They both swim in the right upper side of the tank. When the chromis wonders to other parts of the tank the clown goes vertical almost motionless in the corner. sometimes close to the bottom other times close to the overflow. As soon as the chromis is back they will both swim against the powerheads current.
Its crazy but the clown has almost NEVER, since he was introduced in the tank, been on the other side (the dark side) of the tank. LOL

Haaaaaaa ha ha ha, hosting the power head is hilarious cause it's what mine do, just hang out by one. I thought I was the only one that couldn't get a clown into an anemone or at the very least the only one with a pair of antisocials.

I have one clownfish in my tank and he's been hanging around the powerhead for almost 7 months now. The powerhead is turned off and I was planning on taking it out of the tank but wasn't sure if it would scare the clownfish. But I'm going to take it out soon. I have a Foxface and couple of blue/green chormis as well.
