It looks like a big glob of super glue to me.

I don't think it is super glue, because I have them all over my live rock too. They look like clear/whitish sacks.

Nah its defiently superglue .

I am about to change my rock work and place new rock in, wish me luck i will take some pictures.

I thought it was some harmless rock growth, but I have it in a few spots and I hope it isn't bad news.
