My Dream Tank : 100" x 48" x 35" Starphire® Ultra Clear Glass

Wow! What a tank! Ready to follow this build! One quick question: are the sides of the tank around the bottom panel or on top of it? Couldn't quite tell from the picture.

webersole I'm sorry i don't quite understand your question, can you elaborate?

We could all use some luck
Incredible start ...
It's just a matter of time also i love that you are using metal halide I wish I can afford to run some.

you can start by dream about it like me and one day it may come true ;)

I was curious to know if the bottom panel of the tank is "floating" inside the walls of the tank or if the walls (sides) of the tank sit on "top" of the bottom panel.

tagginig along.
Beautiful aquascape. Tank is already looking great.

Cant wait for the next set of pictures when filled up.

oooo i see....the bottom panel is floating inside the wall. The man who made the tank said this way is more strong against water force

Mine is not the best...you should see chingchai's aquascape.

Yes I did cement the structure to the bottom glass. Its not that hard to remove.

You see the rock circled? I had it removed now

chingchai's is a masterpiece for sure. The entire tank & system are inspirational, but when it comes to aquascape the one you did looks more natural. IMO ... looks like it would be in the sea, or how i would imagine it. Anyhow ... thank you very much cause i have to breack down for a couple of weeks to do some repairs and when i come back i will try to copie yours :D :bounce1:

Keep the pictures coming
