My favorite fish up for sale.

Much to my dismay I am having to get rid of my favorite fish. He was the first saltwater fish I ever had, and despite being rather common and inexpensive, I have had more joy watching this guy than any other fish I have had. He's my lawnmower blenny. I recently bought a 14 gallon biocube and took down my larger aquarium. You may have noticed me selling alot of my fish in here in preparation for the downsizing. My "blen-blen" was going to be my one keeper. I only recently found out that there is simply not enough food for hiim in the 14 gallon, and I am in no way experienced enough to train him to eat the food i put in the tank. So without further ado, my lawnmower blenny is for sale.

Unlike with the other fish, I don't care how much money I get for him. I'll just ask $10. I do want to know, however, that he is going into a good sized tank. I have some strange affection for the guy, and just want to make sure he'll be well taken care of :-). Thanks

I just read something about how some will eat seaweed only when it is rubberbanded flat onto a rock, sort of blanketing the rock, so i'm trying that now.

jxr, will you be attending the meeting this saturday? If so, I'll take him off your hands. I can house him in the 220g I'm going to be setting up during the next year. Is that big enough? :D

I've never been to any of the meetings, so don't know anything about it.

Please check out our website for more information pertaining to our "little" club and see what ya think. www.mycomas.com

I have a starry blenny that is part of that whole algae eating blenny family. He eats anything and everything but loves a blanched in microwave piece of broccoli which is then rubber-banded to a rock. He acts like a total fool over this and protects it like mad. I love this fish so understand your reluctance to part with it.

My blenny he eats anything that hits the water not just greens. He is bordering on fat... Have you tried flake food?
