Looks good just be careful with that anemone. I dont know alot about them but it looks really bleached like it isnt getting enough light.

Yeah, actully, when I got it it was super bleached and now it is starting to get brown coloring in it's tentacles

The tank looks amazing. I love the flame scallops, I have two myself, great addition to any aquarium in my opinion. The nem is pretty sweet as well. I have a bubble tip that I got about two months ago, which was a month into my tank as well and he is doing great. What kind is yours? What are you planning on stocking from now on? What size is it?

my tank is a 29 gallon, its not a bio cube. my anemone is a condy anemone. i have 2 clown fish, cardinal fish, and a yellow watchmen goby. 1 blood shrimp and 1 cleaner shrimp. I really don't think i can get anymore fish in a 29 gallon, but if i did i would want something bright colored then is very active. funny thing about those flame scallops, earlier today my emerald crab was walking next to my scallop when one of the scallops feelers touch my crab. my crab then pinched then feeler, the scallop slammed shut which sent my little emerald flying through the water across my whole tank! it was one of the funniest moments i have ever seen!

just a florencent light, i know your not suppose to have an anemone under one, but my LFS said it could so my mom bought it. then we later discovered it needs way more light than a florencent and my LFS doesn't take returns. So, i put the anemone high up in the tank and am hoping for the best until i get my new light at Christmas. And, When i got it, the anemone was bleached beyond belief, like a platium white color, and now it is starting to get brown/gold coloring in the testicles.

FYI, my bubble tip hates metal halide...too much power. There's alot of other anemones that prefer the high light...IME the bubble tip will do fine in your 29 under some HO t5's.

Yeah, i was planning on getting T5, i just cant find one that would fit a 30'' cage. on the websites it says "pick a size" and there are like 24'', 28'', and 30'' but is that the lenght of the bulb or is that that size of you tank?

You can get T5 fixtures with adjustable legs to fit your tank. I believe the Current Nova Extreme is the one to get.

I had a white anemone for awhile, then it died for some reason. I'm pretty sure it was just some type of white anemone, but it sure din't last long at all.

Oh and I hope you meant tentacles in that sentence too ;)
