My foxface....

I have a foxface that I have had since the middle of November of 09. He is very healthy, very fat, and eats like a pig.The past couple days I have noticed the foxface sitting in the sand and just kind of resting. He doesn't do it for to long, maybe 10 seconds tops. Could he just be fat and lazy? He looks very healthy. I just tested my water on Friday and everything was perfect. Heres a picture of him doing it.

I have a One-spot Rabbitfish, I've seen it do that a couple of times. sometimes when they are resting like that, they take on the sleeping color. Looks like a bit of seaweed!
