My mini reef, brought to you by the letters T, B and S and the number 1

While viewing my reef last night I saw one of those Cirolanid Isopods, which I tried to remove but the darn thing was much too quick for me. It is the only one I have seen and it does not appear that my sole fish has anything stuck to him. My question is, is there anything I can do preventative wise to remove any of these guys from my aquarium? If not what would be my best course of action?

Exactly...like mowing your yard...do it every week, and all is well let it go a month and ya can't push your mower!
I see you've driven by my house!
