my new 300G Reef tank PICS

Hey guys...so i finally got my new tank in today..its been a while but i took all of your advice and was patient and did everything the right way first...i think it came out really nice!...right now we filled it up with water and tested out the system for any leaks or anything that had to be changed...its a 360gallon system set up for reef.im running 4 400watt metal halide bulbs..they look great but wow they give off some heat...the whole system is running great and im waiting on a new shipment of rock from my local fish store and next week i will lay the sand and rocks and fill it all up again...i will post more pictures soon as the sand and rocks and layed!

If anyone is SOCAL needs a professional job then you should head on over to Rainbow pet shop in arleta,CA...two brothers own the shop and a guy named Juan did the work on the tank and helped me to get going with this all...his work came out beautiful..the other brother their named Miguel also really knows his stuff also..id say it is one of the best aquarium stores in SOCAL.

FWIW, IME I've had nothing but trouble with SCWDs, might want to look at Oceans Motions 2-way down the road.

Thanks guys! everything seems fine so far all the systems are running great! on saturday we are gonna drain it again fix the small leaks we had and put it in its final spot on the wall and wait for the rocks to come in!...i cant wait!....anyone know of any good night time LEDs to complete the night cycle? i want good powerful ones to install into the canopy

I was thinking the Exact same thing.. Looking good But IME SCWDs just weren't that good long term.
