I don't know about finding any chicks, but I think that you will have a hard time convincing Willy to wear a bikini....Originally posted by jnarowe

NAY. Please hire bikini clad chicks to do the work while you sit back and enjoy your reefs. I won't look, I swear!![]()
One of these days it is going start swimming with the other tangs in the tank?????Originally posted by jnarowe
the black tang looks really good Chuck. Much better than when you got him.
WOW, four or five..... I don't know what to tell you. I added my Black tang a few weeks back along with the Achilles tang. They are both large, 6" plus, and I think that might have been the reason that they didn't have any problems in the tank. The Black tang still spends a great deal of time in the cave. I added a Chevron tang, (3-4"), a couple of weeks ago, that was run ragged and didn't make it. They are an expensive tang to take a chance with if they are smaller than your others. I learned my lesson with the Chevron and am having my tank builder making me an introduction tank to hang on the inside of my tank which I hope to pick up early next week.Originally posted by reefkoi
I've been wanting to add a black tang to my posse of 11 other tangs, I figure it will be shredded by the 5 yellows and 1 purple though...........did you add your black at the same time as the other tangs? I almost want to get 4 or 5 of them so they stand a chance maybe.

I do have 5 Yellow tangs in the tank, a Scopas, but no Purples, and I have never seen the Yellows cause any trouble. My Powder Blue tang seems to be the first tang in the tank that takes after any new addition in the tank.Originally posted by reefkoi
I know its a big gamble that is why i haven't done it yet.
I was hoping you'd say you have some yellow and purple tangs and they leave the black tang alone
I added a scopas a while back and he was gone in a few hours so thats why i don't want to add any tangs that have the same shape as a yellow. I'll probably just live without a black although they are very cool and I'd love to have a couple of them :|

I wasn't planning on taking picture of anything in the tank, but the camera was close by when the Black tang made a rare appearance and was out and about. Of course he kept behind all of the water streaks on the tank, so forgive the quality of the photos......

Wow, there's a big Acanthurus leucocheilus (pale-lipped tang) beside the black tang in this picture. When did you get that tang Goodwin9 and why were we not informed of this!!!!
