I was very nervous ordering fish from an online retailer for the first time. I must say I was very impressed. Triple bagged, several handwarmers, Styrofoam interior box, and they included acclimation instructions and tools including some air hose to set up a drip acclimation, and a sample of food. Very well packaged. The fish look great, too. Some minor stress (staying at bottom of tank, etc.) but no immediate signs of disease, ie, no spots, no fin rot, etc.
I'll be keeping these guys in my QT for two weeks, but on the first day, I am very happy.
