My new breeding pair

Wish I could get a pic that would do him justice. I have a male who is so red you'd think he was part tomatoe, never seen anything like it, I got the pair from a fellow out west.
That really is a nice pair you ahve there Kathy, gotta love people who know how to pack fish properly

Aaron went to a lot of trouble, and did some research and actually tested the box before he sent the fish off, to be sure the temperature would hold overnight at an air temperature of 40F. It did for the experiment, and it did for the fish. They arrived at 77 degrees F!

Thanks, I am really happy with them.

Hey Kathy. Hope they are still doing well. As I've mentioned numerous times, I am very happy that they arrived in such good condition. Hopefully they will be breeding in 2 months or so.

best

Hey kathy, after watching the weather on C.N.N. this morning, I hope that you were one of the lucky ones with power!

Still doing well, eating well, swimming well, relating well.

In other words, all is well.

I didn't know you are an immunologist!

tmays, thankfully the power outage gods smiled upon us and did not visit us. We dodged the second of three bullets yesterday, and only one day to go. Right now, things are dripping, so the temp is not too cold.
Cheers,
Kathy

Yep, finishing up my PhD at the Univ of Washington. That is what is prompting my relocation for a post-doc. Looking at the NIH, Scripps in San Diego, or trip to Melbourne Australia. Glad all is well.
