Why do you feel your SPS a3e suffering? I think they look good, especially that maricultured millie. What are your phosphates like? Ever think of doing Zeo? I'm getting ready to start Zeo now that Salty is selling it.

I was using a burnt out bulb (my own fault). Since I didn't have a PAR meter, I had no idea. My PAR at the surface of the water was around 75.
I killed off a LOT of SPS, and severely damaged a good amount of others. I honestly cannot believe the Green Milli survived. I basically took a 6 month step backwards SPS wise.
I haven't considered ZEO. Honestly I'm taking a in-depth look at the various ways of feeding a reef, and the foods we offer to our corals. I spent an hour or so on the phone with another guy about this very topic the other night. There's just so much information to digest... so I'm taking it one chunk at a time right now.
I'm particularly interested in the use of ammino acids and carbon dosing... but found it's particularly difficult to find good information on a lot of the stuff out there beyond... "This is what I do."
Regardless, I am waiting until the SPS rebounds back to my starting point before I begin anything. That way I should be able to attribute results to a specific action... because right now, anything I do would more than likely show an improvement, as my corals were so neglected for 2 months.

Haha... I think I'm going to have more than I can handle soon. The acans seem to be growing at a ridiculous pace. I need to get rocks under all of them soon... some are long overdue... here's the frag I picked up from the frag-a-thon. It's grown as much as it can on the plug, and is now crammed like a baseball on the plug... I wonder how many new heads it would have if I would have properly mounted it, and not neglected the heck out of it from the get go.
Here was the initial frag I picked up at the workshop (behind the favia)... It was 3 partial heads I believe:

I think the Mag dip was due to an extra large water change that week. I was filling up the g/f's tank with water from my display, so I ended up taking about an extra 10 gallons or so out (I usually do 5 gallons per week). I double dosed the mag this week to catch back up.
