Thanks.. And now comes the hard part of choosing what lighting system to go with leaning towards the led. I'm over the halides with actinics that I currently have.. I really like the radions because I'm a fan of ecotech products but they are pricey.. Just started looking into the Apollo reef led system highest par that I have seen but I want the dimmable version that needs a controller like an apex so it almost puts me at the same price range as the radions.. And the ai vega should be coming out soon also

Local cheap option is this warehouse in Plantation has LED's for cheap just search for Call us at (954) 577-1043 ext.241 in craigslist and call him. See if they have anymore LED's for the REEF Setup. I purchased two from them and kept my MH 250W in the center to grow SPS.
 
I want to be able to grow sps.. I still think the footprint on the Vegas is not as broad as the radions.. And I still haven't heard an official release date
 
I think with any LED you want to make sure you get enough coverage, especially SPS. I'm doing 3 Radions to span 52" just for that reason. Most would try and get away with 2. You'd probably need 6 or more sol or vegas in your case depending on your coral placement.
 
Yeah I've taken that into consideration. I'm leaning towards the radion just looking around to find a decent deal. The cheapest I found was 700 locally no shipping no tax. Just debating what I should do
 
Finished all the trim started some of the sanding and putting together some of the doors.. I'll post some pics tonight..

We still have 3 more doors like the one above to go! then we can start the canopy and then sand and stain the wood

Lol there not as hard as they seem just very time consuming because I had to glue two moldings together wait to dry and then glue them to the actual door..
 
After a lot of reading I think I've decided to go with the ecotech radions.. My tank is going to have a glass center brace so originally I was going to go with 3 of them but I'm scared to have that shadow effect. So I might get 4 and set them up 2 and 2 for a more equal coverage any input would be appreciated. And also should I go with there hanging kits or make a DIY .. They will be inside a canopy
 
Just got off the phone with exotic and my tank should be delivered by Monday.. Still searching for that 75g or 90g to turn into a sump. Just ordered my sro xp5000 and water blaster 7000
