My poor male crosshatch trigger fish, please help! fungus?

thanx man.. i just feel so bad.. not into killing animals. and to think he would have been perfectly fine... def not doing anything drastic like this again.

NY Aquatic has a Male Crosshatch Not a bad price either. But I think you have an aachilles in qt so you might want to wait a while.

thanx for the heads up, ill check it out..ya, i just bought a 40g breeder to qt him in.. (ill end up setting it up for a coral holding tank) its a lil small but two weeks should be ok)

I have my achilles hybrid in a 30 long and he has been there for 4 weeks. Will be there for another 2 weeks at least. Filtration, Flow and Oxygen level are all imprtant things. Hopefully you have an airstone and powerhead in there with the Achilles. If you just set the tank up make sure you don't get an ammonia spike.

Get an airstone in there also. It helps.....I find my achilles hybrid hanging out in the flow from the powerhead...I think they really like flow.

That picture does the fish no justice. The blue around the top glows in the light. Its a real cool looking fish.
