From what I understand that is not necessarily a bad thing. Splitting is a survival mechanism and is a result of stress. Yours is happy, apparently.

There seems to be conflicting information about why anemones split. Although they can reproduce sexually, in a captive environment that's unlikely to happen. Some say splitting is a sign of stress, others say it is a sign of a healthy system. So...
