My red head golby has white spots on the inside! He's clear, I can see them!

These spots look like ich, but there are no obvious white spots on the outside protruding outward. They are on the inside and up to 2-3 mm deep. Are there other diseases that would look similar to ich, when affecting a clear fish? This is a red head golby (Elacatinus puncticulatus). What could this be?

bump.

My fishey still has these lesions. Eats well, active, and has no remarkable deviations in his normal activities. One of the lesions seemed to erupt in a pimple-like structure and leading to the exit of the white spot from the fish.

Any ideas of diseases that may fit this description, that I could research?

No body else? Is it too hard to say without pics?

No pics, got to get a good camera. Still the same problem though. Fish eats well, seems to be getting along fine, despite being a bit harrassed by my 6-line wrasse.

Well, you have gotten over 70 views, but your description of the problem is confusing,in that you can see spots on the inside of the fish!

You really need a pic, because most are saying to themselves" i dont have a clue".Its not because people dont care.

Can you borrow a camera,and snap a pic?.pics are worth a thousand words,and with a disease,a million.

Yeah, I suppose your right. I was hoping someone could give suggest a couple of ideas, I could then look up, and compare to my fish. I'll see if I can get a good camera and do a pic!
