My Reef Creations CR-2 HELP!

So I got my Ca Reactor (myreefcreations CR-2). It's set-up properly and I turned-on both the pump for the reactor and the feed pump. I watched both chambers fill with water. I've read that I should let it run for 12 hours or so before starting to use the Co2, so that is not on at the moment. Does anyone know why no water is dripping from the tube coming out of the reactor into my sump? Not a drop! The instructions are terrible!

I have the same unit. Is the valve that controls the effluent rate open?

I would agree with MikeNY, Check your effluent valve and make sure it's not blocked by debris.Recheck the feed pump again but the likelihood is that it's in the outflow
