My sebae anemone is spawning

For the third time in 3 months I've watched my big sebae anemone spawn just shortly after the lights have gone out. The first two times I couldnt figure out what was doing it but this time I can see that it is the anemone. My tank water is cloudy white and every couple of minute the anemone convulses a little bit and releases some clusters of yellow/orange eggs that spread out into the water column... which is really screwing up my skimmer. Presently it is 2:30am and I think the spawning is done... in the past this has happened as early as 11:30pm.

I'm not sure what has been triggering these spawning events. My temperature is quite stable and I dont use any moon lighting.

I tried taking a picture but with the lights out... everything just looks blurry.

I've owned the sebae for 4 years, its in a 120gal tank although my system contains about 270gal.

4 days ago I tested the water, I doubt its changed much. However I did boost the Alk with some baking soda so that should be a little higher now and the Ca should be a little lower.

Salinity 1.025
Temp 78ºF
Ca 470
Alk 8
Mag 1320
Nitrate <2ppm
pH 7.9-8.2

For reference here is a non-spawning picture of the anemone

Nice looking Sebae.
Funny, I've had mine 5 1/2yrs and never spawned.
Someone else posted this about their Sebae recently, and it was solo as well(I thought b4 2 were needed)
I wonder what triggers this?
I'd keep doing good WC's

The next day I have this! My SINGLE clownfish is spawning again too...

In the past 4 months I've had a lot of spawning events between the anemone and clown. I've started using more expensive salt in that time, from Instant Ocean last year to Tropic Marine during the winter and Seachem this spring and summer. I've also brought my Nitrate down from previous highs of 10-25ppm to <2ppm.

Okay this is getting annoying... The anemone is spawning again tonight! Its spewing eggs out of the mouth right now. My skimmer wouldnt work right for 12 hours after last night when this happened. Looks like I need to do another water change in the morning...
