Looks like the birdnest is settling in, looks very good in your tank....

Yes it is and it does look great. It was great meeting you Perry, let me know when that tanks up and running. Can't wait to see it.

beautiful set up [both of them]. where did you get the plastic cover for your overflow box? i need to do the same for my 15x15 cube.

I love the FTS... The PBT is so cool! Keep up the great work man, your tank looks awesome... The setup is even better, so much nicer in person than the pics show, great job bro.....

Hi,

Both tanks look absolutely amazing! I am planning my next tabk and wanted it to be a clean rimless effort so I was looking around for inspiration as to how others had done it, your thread here is exactly what I was looking for!!
I'll have a proper read through all the pages and then may well come back with a few questions.

I picked up an anemone today. This has been in a fellow reefers tank for some time now (I believe a couple years or more) and outgrew its old tank.

It is recovering from being pulled from its rock and in the midst of a split so the colors are off and a bit deflated. I saw it months ago when its colors were much nicer and brighter and fell in love with it. I made sure the owner knew to call me if he ever sold it.

Man I got lucky.

Wow Charles,
The corals are starting to color up nicely....bravo!

Thanks Perry! Your tank looks amazing, love your progress.

I am especially happy with the colors I see coming in on this guy. Here are three shots over the past two weeks that its been in my tank. It is a wild colony sold as unkown tabling acro.

Tank is doing well.

Couple updated shots

I really love the direction this coral is headed. The base is going white while the coralites are becoming a real nice color pinkish red with blue tips. Really falling in love with this guy.

Always been a big fan of hot pink BN

Anemone split, looks like it might do it again. This thing is HUGE! Colors still have not started to recover yet, its still been only been about a month.

New Hammer I got today. Time to start getting some softies in my tank. Other than the anemone this is the very first. I also got 4 heads of green frogspawn with pink tips but its still deflated.

This has been in my tank about an hour now.

That wild colony really is gorgeous.
Let me know when you are ready to ship a frag :D

How could you tell its a wild colony???

FTS,

My tank still has a lot of brown corals. The move from the smaller tank immediately into this tank with no break in cycle was very hard on the corals. I had several STN events that have seemed to all stopped. One colony was 50% lost and has now taken back almost every inch of lost tissue so I'm very thankful for that.

If I make up a great story will it help my chances of receiving a frag?
;)

The truth is that you told us earlier :D
