My Tank Live Cam

Got it! That was pretty cool....I would love to set something like this up for the times I travel out of town.

I imagine you can also control the camera through the browser right? (pan, zoom, etc.)

This camera has only Pan, there is no zoom but works great!

Yes, I can control this camera from your browser or from your iPhone or any Android Phone

My future plan is to adapt a multiple submarine live cam set that will give different angles and see your tank from inside. Those multiple cameras will show the way you see a security system, 4 different views monitored online

Yesterday I went out to have dinner with some friends and showed them my Tamarin Red Tail Wrasse live :)

Love it......leave it to fish geeks to be showing off wrasses while at dinner. We are a special breed! lol

Hey Ernesto,

My wife bought me of cameras for Christmas. Which camera is it that you are using? Im using the Foscam fi8918w. Is that the same one you are using? Im having a hard time getting good clarity from it. How close do you have it to the tank? Mine is about 3 feet from the tank. I might try to move it closer to the tank. I dont know if my lights are too bright and washing out the colors or what?

you can see my tank by checking out my thread...

Hi blackthunda77

I am sorry I didn't reply to you sooner

Yes it is the same Cam and I have it 3 feet away too, I think you have to go to the contrast and brightness settings that you have on your online page.

Cam On! Has been a while since my last live cam, tank is doing great, corals are growing healthy and fish are doing amazing
