My tank over the last five years.

AWESOME tank. I like the time line photos they really show how your tank has and grown and changed over the years. Looks like you did not have much luck keeping clams, I love clams but did not have much luck either killed more than a few. I did have a nice derasa clam that I grew from a 2 inch baby to a 8 inch center piece, it looks a lot like this one http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/prod_display.cfm?c=497+529+2974&pcatid=2974. But I sold it with my tank and now is in a 300 gallon tank happy as a well a clam.

Thanks man! I still have all my clams. It's kept under the protection of the big sps corals. My purple tang liked to nip on them occasionally when it was out in the open. That's why I moved them. My 4 inch maximas are like more than 8 inches now!

In addition to vinegar, I run carbon once a while. For corals I add Zeovit amino acid and Coral Vitalizer once in 3 days.

Tank looks amazing. Curious what made you start using vinegar in the first place? Also curious in the last 5 years, what problems have u faced with the tank? How do u keep your nitrates at bay?
