My Toadstool needs Help

I have a TS that was put stuck in the sand and supposedly supported by rock ,My Angle loves to power over it and keeps knocking it down. Can I cut the base level and glue it to a piece of rock for support?

not sure what you mean by cut base level, but yes you can glue it

I couldn't get glue to work due to slime I used a ruberbannd it took about 2 weeks for the ts to self stick
