My wife did not want the AC on. The tank is running warm and so was I. If its over 82, the AC is going on from now on...

I like your thinking amherstreef. I did the same thing yesterday.. I told the wife "aren't you hot" and she told me to put the ac on and my tank temp went from 80 to 78. Nice ..

I put it on Sunday evening after having a pretty nice sunburn start to catch up with me. it was almost 90 by the end of the day on Monday, so I was happy that I had gotten it running early on.

I had a BIG fan circulating air in the LR so the tank stayed normal temp. Thank goodness cuz I have a window AC - a GIANT one and I can't lug it out of the basement alone.

I am thankful that the apartment building I live in has all the utilities included in my rent....my AC has been running for about a month already. Tank stays nice and happy. :dance:
