Mysterious Green Algae

All of a sudden I have this mysterious green algae that is apparent during the evening when I come home from work when the lights have been on all day, but in the morning when I shine a flashlight in the tank, it is not there. It is mostly in the back side of the tank, but I seem to have plenty of water movement. I'm running 2 MP-10's.
Water parameters:

SG- 1.025
Mag- 1470
Alk- 9.28
Cal- 440
Phosphate- 0.04
PH- 7.8

Yep cyano, I usually get more green than red for some reason. Just siphon it out and do water changes if you have high nutrients. If you dont, then just keep siphoning.

Well today I am getting ready to do a water change, and also change out my GFO and carbon. I was giving this some thought. The tank has been fairly stable for the last 6 months or so with no real issues. I decided I wanted to start to try to feed the corals, so I bought some Reef Chili and started feeding according to directions, then this issue started to flare up. Just wondering if anyone has had a similar issue?

I use reef chili, but no where near as much as the bottle recommends.
Causes my skimmer to foam like crazy.

I'm going to stop using it for a while. I'm also wondering if the change in weather could possibly have something to do with it? Who knows? :(
