A couple of the forums i belong to get really paranoid. Members often won't disclose what side of the country they live on. A local fishing forum won't let me name stream names i fish. Having worked in the prison system, i often omit personal information.

I told the guys a story from one of my former jobs as I fumbled to keep everyone's real name straight. At one time I used 4 different names and my partners at work each used four different names. When working with someone we would choose a particular name to use for contact with that person. Trouble is we were always forgetting what to call each other when that contact was present. It's like that with URS names and I confuse them all the time.

Sorry I missed you Andy,some oft he specimens that you may have picked up were trained to be extremely toxic to humans, so be careful.

It would be cool if there was a master list of names of URS members but I don't know how handy it will end up being.

But it would be a good rule. I am all for rules if they are are followed upon. The trick is making the rule not seem like a rule. Just a mandatory data field you fill out.
