nano 6025 stop working

hey rodger I have a nano stream 6025 that is a month or so old and it stated to make a vibrating noise then is stop working . I pulled the impella out cleaned it and put it back in but still does not work it just bounces around if I put my finger on it a certain way it will spin.

try to start it by spinning it with somthing this seems to work for me

Is the shaft loose? It should be stuck to the bottom of the motor and not removable. If the shaft came loose you need a new motor (warranty) if the shaft is fine you need a new drive unit as yours may be a bad fit, some early ones were too loose or too tight.

if you mean the long thin silver rod yes it is loose
