Nano Reefpack Broken?

I've just received my second Nano Reefpack. The first was returned because the skimmer was broken off of the magnet holder. This second one has the same problem, possibly worse. The box was a little beat up, wet, and torn. I really don't want to return this one too, as it looks like possibly an easy problem to fix. Would it be possible to superglue/silicon the pieces back on to the filter and skimmer? If you're not sure what I'm talking about, it's the two pieces on the filter and skimmer, plastic, that attach to the magnet holder. They've just come off (and didn't seem very sturdy to begin with). Any advice? Thanks!

It is easy to repair if you PM me I can send you a tube of the plastic cement that was used to assemble it originally, they should be pretty sturdy but they sometimes get beat up pretty bad in shipping and the weight of the holder jostling around can break it loose.
