Nano Wavebox died

My two year old Wavebox recently stopped working. The lights on the 7096 controller are flashing like usual (successfully controlling two nano Stream pumps), but the Wavebox itself is completely dead. I've tried cleaning it, switching power supplies, disconnecting it from the controller...no good. Inspection of the impeller didn't reveal any obvious flaws, is there anything else I can try before shipping it off to the vendor, who in turn will ship it off to Tunze? Thanks in advance!

Sounds like the motor is dead if you have changes power supplies and disconnected the controller. Only other thing would be swapping an impeller just to see, but Roger would be back Monday if you want to wait for his opinion. Where are you located?

That's what I figured too. Guess there is only one thing to do, will pack it up and mail over the weekend. I'm in Norway, and I assume the pump will eventually ebd up in Germany

I would actually lean toward the power supply being dead, the pumps just rarely fail and the controller lighting up means nothing since you have other pumps connected, it is getting power from those other pumps. I would try the power supply of another Tunze pump.
