Will a wavebox work with a center overflow?? I thought I heard about problems with the center overflow. Is the nano powered by a 6055? Is it possible to remove it and just use the pump?

The wavebox will be fine with centre overflow, if anything you will have a noise reduction as this is the centre of the wave so no slopping into the overflow at the end of the aquarium.
The pump is different and not designed to be used outside the wavebox.

If you are referring to an overflow placed centrally on the back wall of the tank it often is a good location for it. As it will not have water splashing into it as much as it would on both ended since the water level in the tank will be most constant at the middle when the box is running.

The tank is so wide you would be better off with the 6215 wavebox. With the nano, you may need 2.
