Im interested in pre-ordering one. These are a controllable unit but to what extent? Will I be able to program the unit to vary the flow? Or is it just set it at one gph and that's it.

TIA
Joe

PS never owned a tunze pump so forgive my naivety

my understanding is that the 6055 will have full functionality on the Tunze 7091 & 7095 controllers, just like the large Tunze Steams.

so for 200.oo I'll get a pump that will go one speed until I buy the controller...... separately

yes

The pump works without the controller, you just cannot pulse it or run any programs, only set one constant speed.

when will these pumps be out soon i hope sick of wating for them my lfs has told me like 3 times this week i call nothing the next week nothing

6055 will not be out until end of January. The 6025 have been coming in steadily adn we have recieved a very few 6045.

I have no idea what controller that is. It can be controlled by any controller that can run a 6000 or 6100 or 6200 or 7200/2 or 7400/2.

Thanks!

It's a German controller that was introduced at MACNA.
I have it on pre-order and it can run the other controllable Tunzes.
I'm just not sure if this one has the same type of connection cables, since it's new and I heard Tunze made some changes.
