Nanostream Brackets

Roger,

Can I get you to replace the brackets on my two 6025 nanostreams? They haven't broken (clips, usual place) where they mount to the magnets but instead they broke out the point of greatest curvature with respect to the arms themselves. Seems the plastic gets brittle in a relatively short period of time. These pumps are less than 4 months old.

Not sure if I am happy or not to see your post or not.

I was moving my 6025 today (about 9 months old) and the arms just gave out. Not a snap, but more like the plastic just gave in to a stronger pressure--the pump fell and sent sand everywhere, of course. Tried epoxy and it didn't work so came online to see if it was a common problem.

Can the holders be replaced?

Yes, just PM me your shipping info and how many pumps you have and we will send replacements. I am out but more should arrive next Monday. In October we made a minor modification to the design and changed the plastic and that seems to have solved the problem.
