Naso sick

So last night my naso was normal boss hogged the tank at feeding time swam normal. This afternoon indeed black worms he showed no interest. Fed normal no interest fed nori no interest. Just seems lethargic. His find aren't up so not stressed. Just hovering around being lazy. No other fish are effected. No spots on anything. Tested water everything zero nitrates at 1. He is about 8 inches long

220 been in here 5 months. Bought him from another individual who had him for a year

Last fish was added a week ago. And they have getting along great throughout the week

What was the last fish you added? I'm guessing you didn't QT it?

It was a powder blue tang bought from a reputable individual. He was qt'd. All fish are doing greaT except for latargic naso

The only logical explanation is the PBT you put in your tank brought something with it, what exactly he brought is hard to pinpoint what "it" is

He seems better today. Not him self 100 percent. He are a couple black worms when I fed and then my night feeding of frozen brine and mysis he ate pretty good he's out and about more today
