Natureef denitrator instructions

Hey guys, I have a Natureef denitrator that I bought however I can't for the life of me remember how to get then started. Do I dose nitragone and phosphagone right away or do I let it ride without dosing initially. Do I sees it with old floss or food? Don't I have to have a spike in no3/ no3 / phosphates to build the bacteria? Anyone have the instructions by chance?

I would appreciate any advise you guys have for me. Thanks
