OK Guys and Gals, Here is the current prices of membership and admission for non members and vendors. Members get in free and are able to setup a tank without additional costs.

Single membership $24 per year
student membership $12 per year
family membership $36 per year

non member single admission is $15 without a table/tank setup
non member single admission is $25 with table/tank setup
Non member family admission is $25 without a tank/table setup
Non member family admission is $35 with tank/table setup

Commercial businesses $50

Yes, there will be behind the scences tour of the PSU tank.

Hey guys I plan on going and taking the family out with me.... great to hear about seeing the tank etc. I guess the only thing I would be looking for here is where on campus the buildings are so once I get there I can find it, and an itinerary of events when its ready. Looking forward to the swap!

HOTEL INFORMATION FOR APRIL 12 SWAP:

If you are looking for a place to stay overnight April 11 and/or April 12, NCPARS has made the following special arrangements for our group:

Hampton Inn 1101 E. College, State College ½ mile from PSU (814) 231-1590

Free breakfast. Damon's Bar and Grille for lunch and dinner shares the same parking lot as the Hampton.

Group rate for NCPARS $99 per night ($20 off), includes breakfast. King size and double rooms available (was only able to reserve 8 rooms, busy weekend; they also have a few smoking rooms which I can add to the group, send me a PM)

Code for group rate: PAR

Extra rooms will be released March 21, so you must call by March 21 to make your reservation.

This sounds like it's going to be an awesome swap. I'll be there to support the club. Oh, and of course to pick up some frags...

We'll have to talk at some point for help with setting up a swap in the philly area at some point....

That is always a option. We are always looking for volunteers for swap committee. If you are willing to do lots of leg work and be active, having a swap in your area can happen.

Bring it up at the NCPARS members meeting and see what people think about it!
