It's white near as I can figure. I got it from project reef and it was baby blue under his lighting and under mine it is a pale pink. Even my wife likes it and she hates "those branchy things". It is not bleached and has good polyp extension but it's white?

i think bleach sps still have polys extension.

Ah but I checked it isn't bleached. It floureces under an actinic source. So it does have xoozanthelle. It just doesn't have much/any pigments. I am going to call it the Snow White acro and am taking reservations on the first 7 frags(the dwarves) :D:D :D :D

Chances are that is not a healthy color.

How exactly did you check to see if it was not bleached? If you received it bleached there is no way of checking.

What you are seeing is the florescent pigments...not zozanthelle. I think it is bleached out pretty badly also.

A better picture would help. It might not be its healthy color but i see plenty of pink tips and brown on the stalks. If it is bleached/bleaching i think you will not have a problem saving the colony. I like it and ill keep one of the dwarves for you.

You know, lots of people would find that coral attractive the way it is. They usually post in zeovit or t5 threads.

I've bought plenty of corals like that....they never stay that way....here's one example:

A pic with the exposure on the camera turned WAY down to keep is from glowing white...
