Hey everyone!

Went up to F&S today to buy a turbo snail to help with a hair algea issue in my nano, and low and behold, they're not getting any in for another 3 or 4 weeks it sounds like......

Does anyone local to the Wausau area have a turbo that they can part with or borrow me for a week or two? Or a sea hare? Getting desperate here, I figured since I don't feed the tank at all, it'd clear up after a few weeks, but no chance.

If not, I guess I'll be putting in an order to Sea Life Inc if anyone wants to get in and split shipping......

Thanks!

Not if you know someone that would take him off your hands...he is putting the big one up again. It would npt be any different than where they are kept when being sold.

Yeah, a foxface might be able to swim in circles... =?)

Good idea, I thought about buying a small foxface, but for that cost I could get snails and ship them in from anywhere.

Hit and miss? Hmmm.... well, adding a fish in would cause it to cycle again, haven't put any food into the tank in like 4 weeks or so..... Arrg... the joy of a 12g nano.....

I can't seem to get in an order for less than $65 for a snail too.... *sigh* this is killer..... Wish I could get a small rental foxface from foster and smith for a day or two.... =?)

Buggers.... off to find another way......

too bad, if you were closer I would take the foxface off your hands when he had cleaned up. I am looking to get one for my 120g reef and he will be well fed from this tank.

Actually, I picked up a sea hare from old.diver. It should be here Tuesday/Wednesday next week. We'll see how well it does. If it does too good I'll be looking for a home for it. =?)

Well, got my shipment in today. He's bigger than I thought he would be, but as long as he gets the job done, I'm all for it. I'll post some pictures later tonight if I some time. Actually he's way more mobile than I thought it would be, so it might be hard to get him to hold still for a picture.
