Need a little help - its Red Curly & Ugly

I have these red tubes & they are curly like a pigs tail they seem to be some kind of worm but they do not act like feather dusters. They put out some kind of spider web / cobweb looking stuff. I don't like them anyone know what they are and how to get rid of them. Is there anything that will eat them. They seem to max out at about 1/2 the size of a pencil eraser.

They are actually snails. They are a nuisance.

They dont move and they do look like tube worms. Iseen a thread about them with pictures a while back But..... you know the story with the search function.
