need advice for 100 g sps tank

I have a 100 g 48x24x20 tank with 2 inch sand bed. I have a sequence dart as a return pump, turned down of course. It give me moderate flow but I need more. Im thinking about 2x 1500 seios or should i go 2x 2600 seios?

Also for lighting, I have 2x 250 DE hqi 14k phoneix bulbs. I would some supplements for it. Im thinking about going 4 48 inch vho bulbs actinics or will that be too much blue? Or should I drop the whole vho idea, and go with T-5's as supplements?

I have a 120 (48x24x24) with two Seio 1500's in it and a shallow sandbed. I have found that I have to do some creative positioning and fine tuning on the Seios to keep from drifting sand all the time. I finally got them positioned to where I can have them open full bore and not drift the sand.

How about you buy a smaller, slower return pump and use the DART on a closed loop? That way, you could USE all the flow the DART has to offer, without having to have powerheads. If you could put the closed loop returns on seaswirls, even better.
