Need cheato and something to seed a QT tank

If anyone is pruning back some cheato i need a small ball for my new tank

I also need something to seed a QT tank. Something that has been sitting in your tank or sump for a while. A sponge filter or filter sock is perfect. I can pay ya for it, give it back when i'm done, return the favor in the future, whatever ya like

I just took down a 10g and have the ceramic bio-media bag from it sitting in my sump. It would be perfect for you, you're welcome to come get it.
