Need help I think its dying

Hello all im in need of your assistance. so a couple of weeks ago my octospawn started growing a bubble in the center of it. You can see it in the pics its the smooth spot with no tentacles . I thinks its bin loosing some of its tentacles and is shrinking in size let me know what i can do...thanks

Just let it be and watch. Bubbles can form from reproduction or a fracture in the skeleton beneath the tissue. I've cut big bubbles out of chalice and favias with skeletal damage once the coral had grown for a while with no consequences. In fact i've actually gotten a couple of mini frags from the broken skeleton bits. Unless it starts really going south on you doing less is usually the best remedy.
