Your temperature seems a bit low. I keep my temperature normally around 80 in the cold months and 82 in the summer months. Not sure if this is your problem but I would guess that stability could be your issue. What are you using to test pH and alk? Try to get a reading of both pH, temp, and alk right before the lights come on and right before the lights go off.

<<Mrs. McLain75>> Calcium & Specific Gravity are exactly where they should be according to our LFS, who has been in business for over 25 years. Alkalinity is being tested with API Reef Tester, Ph with Profi Tester. Nitrates are being lowered slowly with vinegar dosing as vodka dosing did not show any results. As for the temperature, we will be raising that because as I think about it, it only started after the weather started getting cooler. (I know how weird it sounds but seems to be a factor)
I'll also do the tests prior to lights going on/off.

Thanks for the advice!

Nitrate should be lower for sure. Alk could be a higher, also your gravity. Work on those and see what happened.
