need help! ID please

have been raising rotifers for baby clowns, after adding green water and it not clearing up i thought crash, so i strained my culture and was going to restart found this guy swimming around in the container. did he eat them all? what is it specifically, brine shrimp?

it is about 3/8" long hope the pic is attached.

It is a female brine shrimp. It has well developed eggs, so it must be well fed, but they eat algae not rorifers, so there is something else wrong with your culture.
