Need help on powerhead - lost part!

I have a Coralife CP750 circulation pump and I lost the washer that goes between the bottom of the motor and the rubber stopper. It will not work without this piece. I think it went down the drain.

Does anyone know what I can do to replace it? I tried contacting Coralife but had no luck. All of the washers that I have in the house will rust. I don't know where to get a stainless steel washer.

This is brand-new so really want to fix it!

Lowe's / Home Depot /Ace Hardware they all have stainless washers in many sizes.

Or could you get away with a nylon washer?

Sounds like a good time to check the trap on the sink. It might have washed away but its really easy to pull the trap off for a check.

If its not there I would go grab a nylon washer from ace hardware, a hobby shop, or lowes if they have them.
