Need help on Wavebox pump cleaning

The wavebox has operate for four month, but it has stopped yesterday, after disassemble the pump, there are many lime dot on both rotor compartment and drive unit, I have dunk both part with vinegar for hours, all of the lime dot disappeared and the rotor and drive unit looks very clean, but when I turn on the power, the punp could only run for a second or less and then blocked.

What should I do? continue dunk rotor and drive unit with vinegar? (I have not pull out the inner rotor bearing and bearing bush)

I have try to disconnect 6091 controller and the pump could operate continually, but when I connect 6091, the pump could just operate one times and then stopped... is this indicated the problem is caused by 6091 controller?

First try cleaning the bearings, if this does not solve it, I would assume a defect of the motor and send the motor for replacement or repair.

I have try to clean the motor and it looks clean, but it could only run continually without controller, will stop with controller plug in.

I am living in China, so should I sent it to Tunze USA or Germany? And What do I need to send? motor, power, and controller ?

You would send it to Germany or to the distributor in China. Send the motor, power supply and controller.
