Need help plz

My blue hippo tang is not eating anything since i have had him on thursday of last week..Not even Nori. What recommendations would someone have to help me out thx.

Water parameters? Tank size? Other inhabitants? Tank age?

My tank size is 75 gal. I have a yellow tank 2 clowns 1 yellow tail damsel purple basslet.1 sps hermits about 13 1 starfish mostly softys.frogspawn 2 orj caps. I am battling grn hair algae a little but its getting better and also cyno bacteria i am in a tangle with as well.

for the most part he just swims on one side of the tank. sometimes on the other but not very often and no scratching on rocks.

sry also i will have the tank for 2 yrs next month. Very slow progress for funding kinda helps alot so.

not at all. In fact they tend to stay together sometimes.

Keep nori in your tank at all times and try other foods as well. You should know that this fish will out grow your tank. They are also very prone to ich, so QT is a good idea.

i agree with everything aquaph8 said, it will need a much larger tank

Try live brine shrimp, not very nutritious but not many fish will turn it down.

Try frozen foods, mysis shrimp, even daphnia, Formula 2 Reef. Call your fish source and ask what he was eating where you got him.

You could try putting some romaine lettuce on a clip. i have had some luck getting finicky fish to eat that.
