Need help selecting new Fluval

filter for my 40 gal. to replace the old Whisper filter. Looks like the Fluvals are rated by flow rates (125, 180, 260, etc gph). What is an adequate filter for my tank? I also have a skimmer and 2 power heads so there's already pretty good flow. Also, if someone has a used one they're looking to sell locally, let me know. Thanks

I don't think you need one if you have lots of live rock. if you are just looking for one to hold carbon ect. I would recomend a small one.

fluval 404 would be AWSOME, i think its rated up to 100 gallons
