Need help to ID the gender of a scribbled angel

It looks like horizontal lines are developing on its body but it's not fully there. It is also just 4" big. I think he will eventually be a male but need Angel experts' input. Thanks

Try and get better pics. But appears to be horizontal like a male.

You can sort of make out that its scribbles are horizontal, so I agree with it being a male.
