Need Help with a Stream 6100

I received 2 Tunze 6100 and a 7095 controller on April 18, 2006 as a gift. They have been up and running fine since then. Saturday our power flickered off and right back on. The other 6 Tunze's returned to operation as soon as the power was back. But one of the new 6100 did not. The drive box and the transformer get really hot but the stream never powers up. I tried leaving the unit unpluged for several hours and it still would not power up. I also took the unit apart to see if anything was stuck inside of it but I did not find anything.

Any help getting the 6100 stream functioning would be greatly appreciated.

It will have to be sent in. For the future get a surge supressor.

I will put it in the mail this weekend. Is there any paperwork you need with it? It was on a surge supressor with 3 other Tunze Streams.
