Need Help with ID of Tube Worm

The Worm is making a hard tube that spirals upward the head is red

That looks like it. Are they bad? Seeing lots of conflicts about this

I like them, and think they are cool, they are harmless ditritivores that put out mucus lines to collect food. The negative reports are from the feeding, those mucus lines sometimes agravate and stress other inverts they come in contact with. They wont bother anything like shrimp or anything that can move, but things like stony coral or zoo's that come in contact with the lines don't like it.
