need information on keeping fish in QT tank
have a 100ltr allup tank with HOB eco bio filter with seeded filter foam and reef rubble that has been in refugium for weeks
have 4 fish in QT with ammonia =0 nitrates=0 po4 =10 water 1.022sal
fish have been there for 7 days...seem happy and eating brine shrimp {live}
what I need to know is if there is nothing wrong with the fish after say 4 weeks
and they look healthy with no sign of ich {i used a magnifying glass to see their fins and body}would it be ok to place them in the DT without using say Copramine
waiting for expert advice again :wildone:

it's simply a matter of choice. i use the tank transfer method for new fish and then just observe for 3-4 weeks. i don't medicate with anything during that time although i think i am in the minority when it comes to that.

all of my fish come from liveaquaria which give me a little more confidence. if i were buying fish from an lfs, i would most likely reconsider my method. :)
